Analysis of poor solder wire soldering problems

2019-11-04 18:03:54 Sources: Shenzhen Xinghongtai Tin Industry Co., Ltd. 1520

The flux type is different for the flux. The flux part is to improve the auxiliary heat conduction of the solder wire during the welding process, remove the oxidation, reduce the surface tension of the material to be welded, remove the oil stain on the surface of the material to be welded, and increase the welding area. The characteristics of the solder wire are tin alloy wires having a certain length and diameter, which can be used in conjunction with the soldering iron in the soldering of the electronic original device. However, there are many problems of poor soldering in the soldering process. The following staff from Shenzhen Xinghongtai factory analyze the cause of poor soldering:

Mainly because the welding surface is contaminated (oxidized), so that the solder wire can not be fully attached for uniform coverage;

 ◇ Tin wire, PCB preheating is not enough, resulting in the surface of the flux is not dry;

 ◇ Belt vibration of the conveyor belt, mechanical bearing or motor rotation imbalance;

 ◇ The exhaust device or the fan is too strong, the PCB flows through the track exit and the tin is not dry yet;

◇ Preheating or insufficient tin temperature, improper flux activity and specific gravity.
